i think president bush, president obama all had very deep conversations, president clinton, with nelson mandela. and they all took his example and tried to figure out how do they embody it. his legacy to the united states is huge as it is to the rest of the world. and i think he taught us that we need to rise above the petty politics that can divide us. and i think his lesson is more relevant today than ever and whether it's in congress or in syria that we can all learn from his example....
